"I lived in multiple rental and by far this one is the best. Manage is always available to answer. The best part of my experience is about the superintendent Andrai. He takes care of the building and tenants need at highest level of expectations. Building is always clean. Very safe environment to live in. All other rental companies were stating that they are not responsible of delivery missing. But here they care, they do whatever they can and to prevent it from happening.
